I ordered a sirius portable radio from Dog Star on 7/31. I asked for 3 day shipping through UPS to garantee a 8/4 delivery. I realized on 8/2 that I was not going to get the radio on time because I had no email order comfirmation. I called the company's contact # (866-546-7118. I was connected to an ambiguous answering machine. I left several messages and emails asking the Dog Star to cancel the order. I have never heard a single thing from them and now I have been charged for the radio. I have called again and still heard nothing. I do not want the radio. What king of "customer service" is this!!!
