I ordered a camcorder that was almost $200 below any other price I found. After speaking to 3 people who'd had good experiences with this company, I went ahead with the order. That was Dec 17. The item started out backordered 3 - 4 weeks (FROM THE DATE OF THE EMAIL) and has since changed to 6 - 8 weeks from the date of each additional email. However the product is still displayed on the website as in stock and ready to ship in 2-3 days.
False Advertising!
I knew the price was too good to be true. I have decided to just keep emailing them and keep getting the same standard 6 - 8 week reply just for kicks. Oh and there is no name signed on the email or any options other than canceling the order.
