Bought item on ebay item not sent refund promised but never arrived New York New York

I purchased a digital camera from these thieves uising ebay. It never arrived. They emailed me daily until i paid them offering extras. As soon as i paid them i heard no more from them.
When i chased them up by email I got occasional responses delaying action. Finally i phoned them fron australia and was told that the item was damaged and i could buy something else or get a refund. I asked for a refund and was told it would be sent immediately if i gave good feedback on ebay. I gave them the feedback and am still waiting 3 months later for the refund. They no longer even bother to reply to emails. I opened a dispute with ebay, but still no refund.
