Ebay has discontinued the function of feedback left to buyers and for buyers eliminating the need for buyers to be completely truthful about their transaction since no threat of retribution any longer exists. This results in feedback abuse by buyers. Such is the case with a person by the name of Dan Rice of Lewistown, MT. He bought an item from me that I would describe as pristine yet he attempted to get a sort of refund from me or some adjustment from me for a reason nonexistant. To me, there is no other form of adjustment on a transaction on ebay except it being financial. He wrote me about this or that and I promptly replied that I would refund his money; just return the item to me. He did not do, there was no further response from him, just this negative feedback. Apparently he liked the item well enough not to return it to me so he kept it and still gave bad feedback. IMO all feedback is wrong and should be abolished completely. The problems he cited were nonexistant as I thoroughly inspected this item myself. I am a collector of these items and I am rather picky. Anyway, beware of this guy. He will complain unless you are Jesus then maybe he will anyway.
