Place an oder over ten months ago, even paid extra for 'rush delivery'. I have never heard anything about my shipment. Tried to cancel my order several times and only asked for a refund. Never heard anything. Horrible customer service! No contact information on site. Filed with the BBB and was able to track down two phone numbers, one a fax line, the other is disconnected. They had no problem taking my money off of my credit card, but they seem to have a problem in contacting me. I have never received an email, phone call or letter from this company. The item I ordered is still on their website and is still being offered.
