About a month ago I have purchased a new Sony Ericsson K550i 64 MB, and up to this date, I have not received neither the phone NOR my refund.
Supposedly USPS was "electronically notified" that a package was to be sent to them for shipping. 2 weeks went by and I never received my "supposedly" sent item. I e-mail them asking what the problem was, and they reply saying that USPS had returned the package due to certain damage done to the box.
If it had been shipped back to them why was i never notified??!!
I have been constantly e-mailing this company; however, they take so long to respond, and when they do it is very incomplete and not helpful.
I have even sent a request for payment through PAYPAL, and not a single response. All they say is, "We will follow this up with shipping/accounting department. Regards..."
They gave me a number where I can contact them, but what do I get? No answer and then a fax/internet signal. All I wanted (and still want) is my refund!!
