I made a comment on a social network about needing a iPhone 4s and he reached out to me and said that he sells iPhones for $125. We then started communicating via email and stated that he would be able to package and mail out the phone when I make my payment using Paypal. He walked me through the process of how to make my payment on Paypal using the "send money method" which I later found out that I cant dispute it through Paypal because I used that method of payment (which is most likely why he told me to use it). After I gave him my money he said that he would be in contact with me with the shipping details, 2 days passed he was not responding to my email so on the 16th I emailed him requesting a refund he later that day sent me a text msg of a USPS tracking #. Its now the 21st and when I track my product it says that it has not been received by USPS. I text messaged him today asking why it hasn't been received by USPS but he is being unresponsive.
