I contacted Repair Time on July 27th because my son's XBox 360 stopped working. Following their instructions, I shipped it on the following business day. Tracking showed that they received it on 8/1, but I only heard from them after I requested confirmation of their receipt of the equipment on 8/9. They apologized for the delay and said that they received it and that it was in need of a mother board, which would cost an additional $35 (original cost was $59.95). I told them to go ahead and repair it, and paid the additional amount. On 8/18 I received an e-mail saying that they had received the payment, and that it would be repaired and shipped back. On 8/24 I requested the status of my order, as it didn't appear that it had yet been shipped. The response I received was that it had been repaired, and that I would receive it no later than Wednesday, 8/29. We received nothing on or before 8/29, so I requested another report of status from the company. For the next three days I attempted to contact them many times by phone (I left a voice mail each time, no response) and by e-mail, to which there was no response. On 9/2 I received an e-mail saying that I would receive it no later than Thursday, 9/6. Nothing. On 9/11 I received word that my order had shipped, and appeared to have a tracking #. When I clicked on the tracking number, (USPS), the search results said "The US Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on 9/11 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available." I have received nothing to date (today is 9/21), and have not been responded to during the period of time between 9/11 and 9/21. I notified them via e-mail yesterday that I would be filing this report unless I heard from them immediately with an update. I have heard nothing, and received nothing in today's mail.
