I went in to the AT&T Wireless shop to truly have a basic question answered. I had been "welcomed" by among the customer support individuals standing behind a table, a middle-aged guy whose name was "Amir" (however I can't remember his lastname.) Their introduction was unfavorable; he seemed as though he was tired of his work and had greater things you can do. Throughout the deal, I described my choice to depart AT&T the following month in support of Run.
