That is basically a complaint which will stop me from reviving any contract with sears as time goes on. Though i've a contratc for support i had been omitted in the cold actually on the day once the temperatures were 15 and falling. Our furnace quit on me on 1/24/08 and that i named at 6am each morning. It had been cold and the web site suggested that "your fix was already assigned to some technology and the arrival time is am - am."

There's ann presumption in this message that i'd receive service that day. Silly me for not reading language, however it works out that there's a 24-hour company watch for support. It'd be a customer support problem to publish that rather than the text provided. All day long thursday and all day friday they kept saying they couldn't reach the contractual technology. Sears being as big a business simply has one contractor for the whole bronx and may not really raise them to the phone.

Having young children and tenents they might not accomodate my condition. For 3 days we lived in the cold, an ailment that's uncommon. What's the sense of my contrct that we settled good money for if within an emergency such as this sears couldn't get me some help. Their customer support people were generally uncaring. They never informed me that there is a 24-hour business day delay, then they improved it to 24 to 48 after which never informed me when they might not get help about the weekday that breaks are from the question since the contractor doesn't work with weekends. My loved ones experienced 3 times of cold for no purpose. Whenever you solicite for the contract they it create appear as if the client is covered and we’re not. I'm totally switched off with sears so when this contract is up i'll pursue a business that'll support my requirements. I'll also be contacting the better business agency because of the service received and having less compassion to try and get me some assistance on possibly friday or friday understanding the serious requirements of the consumer in this kind of scenario. All i held hearing was, i’m sorry mr. Vargas, we apolgize mr. Vargas, lots of good that did me.
