I purchased by phone a sony HDR-SR7 (HD camcorder) with the platinum package (that included free video light, full size tripod, long life battery) for $1099, Sam the saleman talked me into purchasing a 4 year pro warranty and for my trouble he stated that he would throw in a additional long life battery. My total purchase cost me $1699. When I received my order I notice that my order was change to a lesser standard packarge, a table top tripod, and a one long life battery (which did not fit the camera)... I think this a standard bait and switch operation... They will not return my calls... I even tried sending emails I am yet to be contacted. These guys have to two companys bestpricecamera.com and razzphoto.com Don't buy from these companys.
