I purchased a sony t77 camera for $189.00. They emailed me and said to contact William to confirm. When I did, I was told that the camera requires a memory card, not included. They added a 2 GB memory card at a cost of 49.99 and told me that it was the lowest price you can get it for. Found out after that the memory can be purchased for less than $20.00.
He then told me that the battery supplied by Sony was a very short life type and sold me a long life battery for $109.00 again saying that the battery is the best price anywhere. Untrue the same battery can be purchased for less than $50.00 any where. He also said that if I didn't like the battery that I could return it no charge.
When I received the merchandise and called to return the battery, they tried to tell me that the entire merchandise had to be returned. When I told him that I just wanted to purchase the Sony T77 at the advertised price of $189.00, he said that camera at that price was a "grey market" camera. It is not and is advertised as a Sony DSC-T77. Under pressure they credited me $50.00 which didn't come close to the overcharges.
Incidentally, the color of the camera is not what was ordered and I was supposed to have received a case which never happened.
These people are the worst vendors I have ever dealth with and should be reported for mail fraud accross state lines, a federal offense and be prevented from selling to anyone in the future.
