I have been another victim of internet order rip off by BEST PRICE CAMERAS. I ordered a Sony camcorder DVD 403 from this company about two month ago. I ordered kit#2 for $709. At that time they told me that I would need an external battery charger ($199) for the camcorder to charge my battery otherwise I can not use it. So I ordered this external charger and also an additional 2 hr battery ($89). The system comes with an 1 hr battery) which gives a total of about $1045 including the shipment fee.
After I received the shipment, I can not find the external battery charge and there was only one 2 hr battery in the package. I called the BEST PRICE CAMERAS immediately for the problem. They told me the AC/DC adapter is the battery charger and the 2 hr battery was an upgrade for my order. Actually, the AC/DC adapter should comes with each camcorder from the manufacture and the 1 1hr battery (NP-FP70) should also be included according to the mannual.

CAMERAS, I could have got it from the Bestbuy, a lcoal retail store for only $899
I called the company and reported the problem, there was no help and they just simply hang up the phone.
