I purchased a cell phone from them via ebay, the advertised item was described as "new", the shipping as well appeared excessive, however, I assumed it was because they were shipping it express. The phone was purchased and paid for on Dec 6 I received the phone on Jan 4 almost one month after, so much for "express shipping". I opened the box and installed the sim card and it didn't work, after several unanswered email, I researched the problem myself on the internet, I corrected the problem (it was a setting issue. However, straight out of the box the battery cover was damaged, it is missing a simple metal tab that would hold the cover in place, without it the cover falls off. I have sent several email, and received no replies, I escalated the issue with ebay, however, they will be limited in resolving the issue as I paid via credit card (the seller only took this as payment) instead of paypal, I went to see the sellers feedback which at the time of purchase was good, however at that time they had 98 poor ratings in 1 month! Moral of the story; Even with good ratings there are poor sellers on ebal and if you buy only use paypal, it is your only recourse.
