Did not refunded for the credit for returned item

I signed T-mobile hotspot program, since I was a customer with T-mobile since year 2003. After signing the contract for 2 year on septeber I was given 14 days time period to cancel the contract without any obligation. I did not liked the hotspot promotion, and I decided to cancel the service on 12th september which was 12 days. I called the customer service, and asked to cancel the service, and he did cancel the service, and asked me to send the Nokia 6086 phone, and also D-link router to T-mobile return processing center by end of 14th september. He asked me to both the item on the same shipment, so that everything is tracked while cerditing back the two amounts of 52.99 one for mobile phone Nokia 6086, and second for D-Link router.

Both the item received to return deptartment on 14th september morning. When my monthly bill got closed on 14th october I was never cerdited back the two amounts.

I called the customer care, and after taking all the point, she told me that she has entered everything, and I will get two credits during the next closing statement on 14th November.

When 14th November billing statement closed, then I did got only 1 credit of 52.99 for phone nokia 6086 only. I called the customer care, and then they started filing form to get answer from return dept what happenned to D-link router credit. I gave them the tracking number.

Finally, after doing many phone calls, and following with customer care, first they told me that they never got the product back from me, and later when I decided to walkout from T-mobile, they again filled a form asking return department to check again.

Finally, during the 1st week of december when I called them to check what happened to follow-up, the customer care states that they cannot refund for the item, since it was not send in multiple shipment. The customer care told me that all the customer needs to send only one shipment per item, and for any items which are send in one shipment, they will do not credit back.

I told her that why cannot they pull out the recording of what the customer specialist has told me to send both the item on one shipment on 12th september she said we will not credit, and refund anything.
