Long Long Long story short, same as everyone elses. They lie even when I have the prrof sitting in front of me that I printed out when I ordered the machines... They didn't take two payments as I stated I wanted, they took all at once and then still haven't sent me 2 of the 4 machines I paid for... They barely speak english and they love to hang up on you... According to them there is no one that can help you on disputes, refunds, etc... I was told who the owner is, Erin Warren but she has no phone number or contact info so I was told I needed to just deal with it...
Like you all I wasn't ever given a supervisor, was just told he'd tell me the same things they have been telling me then hang up on me as they have a 3 times... I've talked to a Julia, Stacy, Jennifer.
Has anyone ever gotten any results from hounding these people? If so could you please let me in on the secret because it is no longer about the money for me, it's about bring these people down...
