Lost the cash on a long warranty through Maytag on the GE Profile Equilibrium Washer. Named October 31st to demand support. It's today December 26th and that I still don't possess a working washer! Group of 5 with no washer. Planned 6 support calls through Maytag (GE Technicians were sent)... 4 times they didn't appear and twice they arrived and did nothing! Was informed by Rusty at Maytag he might get an agreement # therefore we're able to contact somebody in ourselves. Five nights later but still no agreement #. Talked with Brandon who lied and guaranteed to move me to some boss (after 12 units on-hold while at the office) but delivered me into an automatic concept device! About the telephone today for 25 units awaiting Josie to locate a Boss... LOL are you aware Maytag doesn't have Live Administrators accessible! Therefore EMBARRASSED with how they handle clients. Never purchased a guarantee before, and not will again!!! Watch out for Maytag & GE!!! They consider your cash but don't follow-through in your guarantee.
