I purchased a GE washer in September in the fresh HH Gregg shop in Hickory NC. The very first evening of Sept the bathtub smashed and actually bumped the leading screen off the equipment tossing garments and water throughout my laundry area. I suppose HH Gregg has caller-id since the telephone visited after which a brief stop after which it called again, yes, she moved me back to GE’s 1-800 number. Mad, I experienced the automatic telephone program with GE simply to discover these were shut. 24 hours later I named the shop and lastly got your hands on a supervisor called “Jeff”.
