Charged me immediately, then canceled order (low stock), Ignored $ refund requests

After Meritline immediately charged my account $ for my order, I was screwed once when Meritline quickly canceled my order (and presumably many other people's orders) citing "too many orders-low stock".

What a lame excuse. (In similar circumstances, Meritline's competitor, Best Buy, just honored back orders for "out of stock" $100 HD DVD players)!

I was screwed twice by Meritline's when it IGNORDED my email REFUND REQUESTS.

Meritline's lame replies ignored my questions and didn't even come close to addressing the refund issue. But the replies were LAUGHABLE! Meritline rep said Meritline was "Sorry for this inconcenience (sic) caused to you".

Based on Meritline's email responses, I'd be surprised if a real person actually reads customer inquiries. I think "Lilly" was a computer.
