3 weeks and still no refund

I ordered a set of add-a-leafs for my truck. Was told on Friday when I ordered that the parts would be shipped the following Monday from NJ. The next Tuesday I still had no tracking numbers so I called to check the status. They assured me it was in processing and that I would recieve the tracking later. I did get a tracking/confirmation email to tell me the parts were in AZ! I needed them fast and had I known they were coming from AZ, I would have ordered from another company. A week later the order went to Chelmsford, MA empty. I called to see what they would do and was told another 7 business days before they would ship another. I decided to cancel the order and requested a full refund. The girl on the phone who stated she was a supervisor, apologized and said she would mark the refund as urgent. I was to get my money back in 4-7 business days. Day 7 and there was no refund so I called back. Got the same "supervisor" and was told I had to wait for the UPS investigation to complete before I could get my money back. She assured me "next week". Well "next week" has passed and still no refund. I will be in contact with the CA AG's office first thing tomorrow. Stay away from this company at all costs. They are a ripoff.
