I bought a original part for Panasonic TV set, and these people gave me a refurbished lamp. I called them to confirm that it was there, I picked it up and when I got home the lamp I bought did not work.
I called to have it exchanged or to get a rufund, they refuse to pay me back, or change the item.instead they told me they would charge me $86 for the traveling, $62 for diagnostic $250 for labor, plus whatever part has to be replaced.
I think that these people are absolutely abusive, I believe they did this intentionaly to "rip me off". They should at least give me an exchange, or refund.
The only hope is that they cannot do this to anyone else like they did to me.
