At the apartment complex we live, the management has told all satellite companies that NOTHING CAN BE MOUNTED. We called to set up an appointment August 7 they took the $49.99 out of our account that night. They came out on August 15. They could not get a signal and so we cancelled the service, due to not being able to get service. We've made over seven calls to get our refund and still nothing. We asked for a manager and they said they have none. How are we ever going to get our money back? Looks like even after many long phone calls, aggravations later. Never at this point. I wish I knew a better way of getting it back. They were fast to take our money but not to return it.
