Horrible company

We moved from a 2 bdrm apt. To a 3 bdrm in the same complex. Dish Network installed the satellite tv service in our 2 bdrm, and said if we move they will move the service to our new address at no cost.

When we did move we set an appointment to have our service moved. The installer showed up LATE. After a few minutes of surveying the apt. He told me we couldn't have service at this apt.

When I asked why? He stood outside, held his arm up to the sky, and said we couldn't get any signal where we were at. So, after the installer left, I called there office. I explained what happened, and the CSR apologized, and said she was going to have a field supervisor come out and use the equipment that there issued to confirm that there was no signal. Appointment was set. The day came, and went. Field supervisor never showed up, and never called.

Called customer service again. This lady apologized as well, and said she didn't know why the field supervisor never showed. She also said there's really nothing else we could do. It took another 45 minutes sitting on hold for several minutes to convince them that I was done with this contract, and they needed to cancel it.
Less than a week later, I had Directv out here, and they got me satellite tv service at the SAME location that Dish Network said couldn't get service.

This is just a warning for those people considering Dish Network for there Satellite tv needs.
