A horrible experience and I haven't even received my camera yet! I made the mistake of not researching this company and placed an order with them due to what I thought was a great price. After placing the order online, I received the invoice at the e-mail account I provided them. I called their customer service number to confirm the order as requested, and was instantly bombarded with a sales pitch for accessories that "I would need" for my new camera. After I ended the sales pitch, I was informed the camera wasn't new, but refurbished! I explained that nowhere on the ad did it say that the camera was refurbished. The rep said it was, and I could find it in the product description. Ok, so I must have missed it, but I was informed that at the very end of the product description, after the period, there was an rp in parenthesis (rp) denoting that the product was refurbished. What???!!! After he pointed that out and I read it, I asked how was I to know what (rp) stood for? His reply; "you must know what USA stands for don't you"? Hah, I must have missed that in school! At that point I asked to cancel my order, but was met with a completely rude/indifferent attitude, and was told that I couldn't.instead he offered me an extra battery with my order, but I wanted to cancel the order. He offered me a brand new camera for an additional 40 dollars after a bit of haggling, so I agreed. I then asked for an amended invoice be sent to my e-mail address so I could have a record of the new transaction. He flatly refused to send an online invoice and said don't worry, the amended paper invoice will be included with my order when it ships. I asked why he couldn't send one to my e-mail account and also send one with the camera, but he said it'd cost too much money! I asked several more times until he decided to hang up on me. I've now been hung up on by him a total of three times since trying to follow up. Beware of this place and save alot of heartache by buying from a reputable dealer.
