I ordered a ($1135.00) 42" Samsung Plasma TV and received the unit via just a few days later via FedEx Ground.instantly (2 days later), the amount
was taken out of my account but the TV screen arrived with a splattered screen, as well as a missing remote control. The package did not indicate "fragile" for the shipper. This was three weeks ago. Since then, I tried to call the company (Customer Service AND Sales), send several emails, but haven't yet received a response from soemone to work with me on this.
I contacted google-checkout (the service used to order the item) and they received a reply which stated that I must have broken the TV when opening the package and that I am responsible for all damages.
My lawyer sent a legal note and we did not receive a reply from them either. Still working on the case.
