It clearly reads on HHgregg form that the rebate check will be mailed to me within 8 weeks. I mailed the rebate form on April 16th... It is now August 22. Its been 4 months now, and i still have not rec my check.
Sure, there is an 800 number to call... Its an automatic line, I have left a message, they did return my call, I have sent them an email, they did reply back.
The only answer I rec is... Yes, they do have my form, everything is correct, my rebate is in process. If I had known that it was going to take several months to rec my check, I would have waited for Best Buy. I wont ever trust or buy anything from HHGregg again.
