I mailed in my rebate info and after approx. 18 weeks i called to see what was the status of my rebate. They say they never received it. After several emails I still cannot get a reasonable response of what i need to resend to get my rebate.
I get totally inept replies to my emails. I am sure they only intend to deny all claims.
A word to the wise, never buy from office max because they dont support the customer in these maters and never never buy iomagic or imation products, and lastly dont buy any product assuming you will get your rebate.
Where is the federal, state or whatever investigation entities concering all these ripoff rebates?
