I purchased a 3 year extended warranty from best buy and had trouble with my gateway computer. They told me to place the phone up next to the tower and they could tell me what was wrong. Now how could they do that? I told them I had an in-home warranty and that I needed someone to come to the house and check it out. Said they couldn't do that. I told them I would contact there corporate office to find out why. Had to leave a message and they never got back with me.
Buyer beware _do not purchase and extended in home warranty as they will not honor it. Such a waste of money.
