Customer Service Darlene Ripoff Customer Representatives every last one of them should be Fired!

I have a online business helping people find jobs and putting people to work every day recently Comcast disconnected my service without even notifying me due to the incompent representatives they have answering the phone when you call in for service. What gets me I paid them $150.00 and when I called to find out what is wrong with my service they told me it was disconnected due to non-payment. I told the clerk I paid $150.00 and I did not have $500.00 for any service if it was not for them telling me all these different payments I had to pay my bill would be current. I believe they are over charging me and pocketing the money.

They claim they stopped my bill from the last apt and all I had to pay was $13.00 I paid the 13.00 then I called back and they told me they sent me a bill and I never paid it if I got the bill I would have paid it.

I never received the bill now May 29th came around and my service was off and they told me pay $89.00 and they will turn it back on this is the 3rd time they did this and I believe somebody is stealing the money. When I tried to talk to the lady on the phone about the bill and what they were telling me to pay she begain to hollar at me as if its my fault they hire incompent people to go over your bill for you then hey want you to talk to their supervisor for more humiliation the supervisor is just as dumb as the employee.

I don;t know where they get their training from however I don't think its from this earth. I want them to restore my service because its not my fault they cannot read" When you call its like dealing with a lot of welfare to work meaning I'm on welfare don't need the job just a pay check to give to my baby's daddy, that's the attitude I get when calling all attitude I think its briary because this is the 4th time this happened with just me alone. They cut off your service after you paid them and then won't restore it until you paid again what's the use of them asking you how much you want to pay if all they do is want the whole amount.

They had my phone service off for a month and charged me for a installation that did not happen and claimed they credit me and didn't Comcast need to be investigated for fraud because how does every clerk up there misinform you then tell you they don't know how do they keep their jobs not knowing what to tell the customer

Another thing they are charging my son $800.00 for a cable box I returned to them my self they keep faulty books because they have him down at the credit bureau for not returning the box. They have the nerve to claim you buying a triple play bundle and charging you 10 times more that's a fraud and then trying to get me to sign some contract for 2 years they disconnected my service and making me pay for their mistakes because they cannot find people equipped with customer service skills.

Now my bill is all wacked out of shape I need my service on so I do not play with it they kept charging my bill is a car note because of them!!! This is what I want to relieve the problem My service turned back on without that $89.00 to pay because my rent come first
