Fine digital USA cannot be contacted,
I bought a Fine Digital portable GPS for Christmas, and since the battery will not charge. The unit was fine out of the box, but all downhill from there. There is a 1 year warranty, but how can you collect if you cannot contact them
I have been trying to contact Fine Digital USA since early April.
If you call the support contact phone number 866-346-3344, all you get is a recording the mailbox is full. I have called during the week, in the morning, afternoon and evening since I am on the east coast and they on the west. The same recording the mailbox is full.
The fax number 408-232-5454 rings but does NOT answer.
I have emailed them 3 times without response.

then I tried the other addresses listed, same, No response.

Buyers beware, as long as the unit works it's OK but if you have any problem, you are left out to dry.
I purchased the unit from one of the big office supply companies online, and contacted them also, the response was it's past the 14 day return policy, they to tried all the contact means I have found and they are the same, no response.
I have also checked some of the GPS sites on the web, other owners have the same No response.
Bottom line is don't buy a Fine Digital product because once you do you cannot contact them for anything after the sale. If you are even thinking about buying a Fine Digital product, try to contact them first to see how good the suport is.
