Lying to consumers about in home service RIPOFF!

I purchased a new TV from best buy that worked about 15 days. I was pregnant and had a friend to return it, but they said that I had to go through the in home service people. I asked if they would have that service in my area since I lived in another state. The employee said, yes that have it everywhere. LIAR!!! I had to drive an hour away to get my TV fixed twice. I cannot the corporate office and demanded a new TV, but they lied and said that they would send me a check for gas. That was ten years ago, and I still have no check, but I do have the broke TV that worked fours after the worst warranty in the world ran out. SAVE yourself money and hassle; shop else where!!! PS dont waste time with the BBB they suck too!
