I bought an introductory progamming offer that was to be at that price for 1yr.in the 4th and 5th months the price was higher. Twice represenratives said just pay the original price. The 5th month a supervivor said I was not entitled to have that price because I did not put a $200 downpayment which I Knew nothing about till then. If I cancel they will charge me $150. No one in the company has the authority to change anyting.
