I bought an introductory programming offer that was to be at that price for 1 year. In the 4th and 5th months the price was higher. Twice, representatives said to just pay the original price. In the 5th month a supervisor said I was not entitled to that price because I did not make a $200 down payment, which I knew nothing about until then. If I cancel, they will charge me $150. No one in the company has the authority to change anything.
