Ordered a USB interface cable and control software kit for a Nokia phone with the correct part number and cell-phone-accessories sent a kit for a Samsung phone. I returned it with the proper paperwork indicating that they had sent me the wrong kit. They then sent back the same kit stamping it final process.
I have tried to contact the company by phone but there is no answer. I have also sent several emails to get a RMA to return the package for credit but no response.
I have tried to return the kit for credit, but it is just returned back to me with no explanation. I don't want to keep paying the post office for wrong product.
This site is a RIP-OFF. If anything spread the word. Don't buy from this site.
