I ordered a cell phone charger via the internet as they do not take orders over the phone. When entering my phone model I find nok-car-1 It clearly states "does not work with Nokia 6101 & 6102. That's ok... Mine is a 6085. It's 2.99... I order it and guess what... It doesn't work with Nokia 6085. Called them and the rude guy tells me I should have ordered a phone for a Nokia 6102.. OK I'll sent this back and get the correct one... Then he tells me there is a 20% restock fee - 2.99 for the correct one, and additional 6.49 shipping AND 3.49 to return the wrong one BECAUSE THEIR WEBSITE TAKES YOU TO THE WRONG CHARGER IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND they won't correct the order over the phone you have to re-order over the internet.
Got the right one for 7.50 at Wal-Mart
Complaint - no customer service, wrong product information, website states "30 day money back guarantee" (in red) but does not mention the 20% restocking fee.
Wish I could take the online customer satisfaction survey again, and that I had found this website before ordering!!!
