I purchased an Zenith 42 inch Plasma TV in September. Just after 1 year a line appeared from the top to the bottom of the screen. Since LG bought out Zenith, they are honoring all warranty. My TV could not be repaired after 1 month of it sitting in repair shop. Since this was the only repair shop that would deal with LG, after going through several on the list LG gave me... Finally LG had to exchange my TV for a refurbished one. We were not happy but surprised when we got the newer one that all was not so bad. Yesterday marks 1 exact year of having the refurbished TV and would you know the same thing has happened again. For 2,369.00 I get a TV that lasts only a year. It's like a disposable Television only its not in writing. I would like to obtain information on a class action lawsuit that desperately needs to happen. Consumer affairs has many reports on LG, but i think something more needs to be done, and not at my expense. It would cost me 1900.00 to get this fixed, not to mention that I no longer have a repair guy that would amongst all here since the TV is a piece of crap and the parts are known to be defective. Why is Best Buy selling these TV's knowing that LG is aware of a defective part? I have been scammed and alot more to the story has not been mentioned but seriously need restitution for all the aggravation. Fed up!!!
