We bought a new SPRINT PHONE in Nov. 2006! We filled out all the paper work, sent all the codes, copies, every thing they said we needed! SOme months later, we get a post card after emailing SPRINT where our rebate check was.
THey said we did not sign a new contract and needed to do so! Ok first we had to sign our new contract in order to get a new phone! So that was a lie! So we called and made sure it was all taken care of again, they said oh ok! 4-6 weeks you will have your rebate!
Well as of yet and we are heading to the middle of March! No such rebate has showed up in any form! They pulled this on us befor, but the last time they told us we waited to long to do any thing about it! This time we are not letting it go! We are entitled to or rebate! They advertise it! SO either stand behind what they say and give us our rebate! This is all we want!
Not month fater month of run arounds! Being put on hold, being disconected or given phoney numbers to call by there reps! Spring use to be good, now no one speak's english when you call, they put you on hold endlessly, we waited on day on hold with being disconect and transfered for over 4.5 hours!
We have been with Spring for years! I do not know what has happen to them, but this is making us very happy we are considering changing cell phone companys... But who do you trust any more? THey all make big promises but deliver very little once they have you signed up!
