It has been over two weeks since I sent my ipod and they have been telling me for the past 11 days that they will test my ipod as soon as possible. When I tried to call them to find out what the problem was, the phone will not contact anyone, it simply says, "thanks for calling ipod mechanic press one, press two..." but when you press any number it simply hangs up on you.
I sent an email explaining my frustration, and I only get, "we will let you know about your ipod as soon as possible." I would think there would be a more possible opportunity some time in the last two weeks. Don't use them unless they change their mode of service.
