11/30/06 - Paid for door through Debit Card submitted to Paypal
11/30/06 - Received email confirmation from Ardkoore, Inc of payment for Doormate
12/15/06 - Received email from Ardkoore Inc that item could not be delivered and refund would be imminent
12/28/06 - sent email inquiring of refund and advised that "account department is on Holiday" (yea, right)
1/02/07 - sent a reminder to Graham to "alert the accounting department" to submit refund
1/09/07 - sent another email inquiring of refund status
1/18/07 - telephoned Graham (owner) asking about the status of refund — returned call and said that refund would be in a week.
1/29/07 - telephoned Graham again asking about the status of refund — no call returned
1/30/07 - emailed Graham for immediate refund
2/5/07 - emailed Graham for immediate response and refund
2/5/07 — to date — refuses to return calls or refund money
