The company has no problem with delivering the product. When it stops working in less two months they have a problem with living up to the Warrenty of the product. My system crashed and regardless of the fact that it came with a limited warrenty of 12 months for parts and 12 months for labor plus my $35 for an extended 2 year warrenty, if I want my product fixed I have to pay to ship it to them.
If I want to keep my information that I have on the product I have to place a note in the box asking them to try and keep the information. Which is not something that they can even give me a 50% chance of happening. Then if I want the product back in a reasonable amount of time I have to pay to have the product sent back to my self. What is the world is a warrenty good for? I have since gone back to tigerdirect (who is not at fault with this issue) website and they now have bad reviews for some of the other products with beyond. Wouldn't you know it, the product I purchased is no longer available for sale.
I saved a large amount of information on this product that I have lost forever. Please think twice about purchasing a product from this company.
