On November 16 I named Aon (the guarantee supplier for Kitchen Aid) to see them our $5000 fridge isn't working. Today is Jan 2. Two technicians used the morning at my home repairing the fridge also it is still no longer working. Today was my 12th planned service phone. 4 of these were no-shows or last minute cancellations. We're caught together because we're under warranty. No further Kitchen Aid for me personally. The corporation is possessed by Sears and so I will not be purchasing my next devices from their website. I've discovered numerous A&E grievances on the web from different claims. We're within the Detroit region where they're no greater. Aon doesn't appear to treatment whatsoever so we're getting nowhere.
