Order ipod nano from them on december 10th. Sent email to them on the 12 asking for tracking number. Said they did not have one. Tried for 5 days to send email and/or call no response. Finally got hold of customer service on 12/19. Said they did not have one yet they are sure it shipped out. Said they needed to contact "Corporate Office" to get number. Would get back to me later in day. No did. Pay pal has no record of me buying anything. I used my amex card that was linked to my account to pay for it. I now have them trying to track down the vendor and report the fraud.
