I ordered a trial bottle of the Max Garcinia Burn on 8-28. It was supposed to be 2.99 for S&H. Within minutes after submitting my order, I got a phone call from a man named Brandon needing to confirm my card information because he said my order failed to process for some reason. I told him that I was uncomfortable doing that, and that I would just submit another order. I didn't. The next day, I noticed on my online bank account that 2.99 was pre-authorized on my my account for this company. I thought my order processed after all. On 9-7-13, I received 4 bottles of this in the mail with a receipt for $148.96. I couldn't call until Monday, 9-9-13 because their business office was closed until then. I called Monday morning, and was told that it was only a 10 day trial and when they did not hear from me in 10 days, they filled the entire order. I explained that O didn't even get them until the 7th. They said they were not responsible for any delays in shipping. I told them I wanted my money back or I was reporting them to the BBB. She put me on hold and came back a minute later and gave me a RMA number (???) and a refund confirmation number. She said the money would be refunded to my account within 48 hours. Well, it still isn't there (no surprise). I will call them again and see what happens. I have ordered a lot of items online (NOT from this company), and this is the first time this has ever happened.
