I purchased an MP3 player for my 6 year old niece for Christmas. Product is Garfield MP3 Player.
Product does not work, possibly due to outdated/incompatable software.
Company refuses to offer refund, will only replace with stipulation I pay re-stocking fee if THEY decide product is working correctly when I return it. No other option is offered.
Instructions for RMA require completing and returning by email but that is not possible under most circumstances and instructions for what to do if this is the case do not exist.
In addition, customer service of phone crew is non-existent and they treat their customers like morons.
