I purchased a RCA Emusic Digital Music MP3 player on July, 13th. 2007 at a Circut City Store. The player played fine until Feb.
I sent the player to the address given in the paper work and followed the instructions of how, what when and where.
I sent to Thomson, Inc. A copy of the sales invoice and a brief problem I was having with the player. I also insured the unit should it be lost, stolen, etc.
I sent and insured the player with the U.S. Postal Service.
As of July 2 I've not heard anything from the Company or seen any replacement or my defective unit, the warrintie will be up on July 13
