In the fall of I paid cash for a Satellite phone as I was traveling. I only used it a few times.
This last summer I decided to use it again, but could not get a satellite signal. I sent the phone in to Atlantic Radio
It appear on my doorstep two months later without any paperwork and programmed Spanish, and blocked. I called Atlantic Radio, they unblocked it a programmed it in English. I then tried to use the phone, and it went dead. I sent it back to Atlantic radio and now they are telling me it is not repairable and is out of warranty.
They also accuse me of "abusing the phone". That is not possible as I purchased an expensive leather cover for it to protect if.

You should also know that Atlantic Radio supplies Satphones to the many boaters in the area. Therefore, many other people have been burned as well.
