In may i was going to be moving out of my apartment. I called skylink on May 1 to have my cable disconnected on June 1. I moved into my new apartment the end of may and thought nothing more of skylink.
I started receiving collection notices to pay my bill for 3 weeks worth of service. The bill stated the disconnect date as June 21. I have called skylink to complain and i told them that it shold have been disconnected the 1st and that im not paying for the cable service to the vacant apartment. I was then called a liar and spoken to very rudley. When i asked to talk to the supervisor the person on the phone claimed to be the supervisor. Im still trying to work this out with skylink and im getting nowhere.
