I use to be a former employee of Cingular Wireless and I am aware of all the fraudulent activities that the company practices. I have contacted the President and Vice President about this practice and still they still continue to use it today. I am asking for all of those people out there whom have Cingular Wireless as a carrier and have experience excessive Billing that you know you didn't commit such as double billing, changes in Features without your permission, or even changes in your contract that you were not aware of. I have been fighting with the Company about this issue for 5 months now and its going no where there denying consumers an explination. So i need to bring awarness to these issues and if you have experience the same thing please do blog it. An Office of the President Specialist is attempting to contact you in regards to the latter received by Cingular Wireless through the FCC in an effort to resolve this, the Specialist is willing to send You a copy of the terms of service and review them with you. I have contacted her 4 times left messages and emails still no responce. I know that there making millions of dollors off consumers by practicing feature flipping, changes in contract etc.
