Hot spot locating on every street in cincinnati

This company advertised on craigs list and hired me to drive all around my city and record for locations of "hot spots" they agreed to pay me $16 and hour and $2 bonus per hour when finished with my area. My first check arrived short an hour or so and the second one arrived at about 50% or less of the hours i drove during that period. They have not sent me a check for the driveing i did to complete the job for them. They told me they are a devision ot t-mobile and this contract is for t-mobile
