I called Blue Hippo to get an extra computer for my kids. I was told after 4 payments my computer would be shipped to me along with a tv and printer. I should of received my computer within 4 wks and 3 months later I still had not recived it. Everytime I called I was given a different excuse. I told them to cancel my account and refund my money. I was told it takes 7 to 10 business days to get a refund. It has now been another month and they are telling me it is still going to be a while before I get my money back. They have over $800 and do not want to give it back to me.
