Took my money without sending me my computer per contract. They also increased what I owed without telling me

So far Blue Hippo has taken bi-weekly payments from my checking account for $91.98 for 13 payments and the very first payment was $124.00 with a total of $1319.74

The total listed for this computer is $2515.00 and my original contract that was financed for $1839.60

When I called Blue Hippo customer service it takes forever to get through and they never help me. They say your computer is ordered and we are waiting for confirmation from Dell on the shipment. They never give timing or let me talk to a supervisor.

I was told to watch the website and after I made few payments they would send me my computer. So I watched their website and it it checked my account showing I met the requirements and my computer was being ordered.
This was 2 months ago. I continue to call and still no one can tell me when I was going to receive a computer.

I sent e-mails to customer service and got one reply. I was told that my computer was being ordered and if I had any further questions to call customer service. Which I have done several times. I also sent e-mails to Angle Tucker at [email protected] for Blue Hippo Capilal LLC customer service.

Today I canceled my account at Blue Hippo and requested a refund. I will update later if refund is received.
